Tierra Waddell is a New Business Coordinator at LongView Planning Partners. She began her career in banking as a Customer Services Representative where she was quickly promoted to a Team Leader. Since then, she has held various roles in the financial services industry including positions in management, administration, sales and operations.

As a New Business Coordinator with Longview, she is focused on providing an exceptional client onboarding experience. Tierra desires to exceed client expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering a personalized client experience.  

During her free time, Tierra enjoys reading, traveling, encouraging people through her podcast, drinking coffee, and binge watching her favorite shows.
